Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/03/2026 Duration: 20 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Overview Locals Accepted: Yes (at same rate) Setting: Skilled Home Care Patient Volume: 6–8 home visits per day Schedule Options: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday shifts Alternating weekend shifts Scheduling: Self-scheduled based on HomeCare office needs Equipment Provided: Laptop, MiFi, Portable Printer Documentation Systems: BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet Required Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience required Skilled home care experience required Private duty nursing experience alone will not be accepted Home Health experience with OASIS training and experience required Strong competency in: IV therapy Wound care General medical diagnoses management Experience with high-risk diagnoses , including: Heart Failure (HF) COPD Myocardial Infarction (MI) Pneumonia Stroke Post-operative care experience required Certifications & Licensure BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home visits Additional Requirements Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have an approved exemption on file Must have flu vaccination or signed declination Mask wearing is mandatory at all times if declination is submitted Experience working with: Medicare Medicare Advantage Commercial insurance patients Clinical Responsibilities Cardiopulmonary assessments Basic wound care ABI compression dressing Wound VAC dressing PleurX / Asept drain care Foley catheter insertion, change, and care Staple/suture removal Glucometer use Pro-time machine use SQ/IM injections Lab draws (venipuncture) IV therapy PICC line or Midline care and dressing changes SQ port access/de-access PJ -HC (3216564) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
