This isn’t just a support role; it’s your chance to make IT personal. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, tackling a wide range of technical challenges, building lasting relationships, and keeping businesses running smoothly. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, growth-minded team that values learning, ownership, and happiness, all while improving the way our clients experience technology.System Technician Primary Responsibilities, Activities And ResultsManage and resolve support tickets following documented processes and service standardsProvide best in class client support through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions Provide on-site support at client offices as-needed in the Dayton region (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on client needs)Effective cross functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate resolutionsResolve hardware, software, and network issues on workstations, servers, and mobile devices Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (once every couple of months on average)Assist with project implementations as needed Document processes, solutions, and client environments in our knowledge baseTechnical QualificationsStrong experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devicesExperienced in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Experienced in Active Directory, Group Policy, and user managementBasic understanding of networking conceptsSkills, Attributes, Physical RequirementsEstimate of 2+ years recent experience in a similar position. MSP experience highly preferred. Client-focused and ownership mindset Excellent interpersonal skills A collaborative, agile team playerCan effectively self-manage multiple tasks, tickets or projects simultaneouslyYou are an impassioned learner and always open to receive training, coaching and feedback for continuous improvementAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbsExtended periods of sitting, standing, typing, and talkingAbility to travel (by car) to client sites as neededSalary And BenefitsThe starting annual salary range for this position is $58,000 - $62,000.
