Job DescriptionOur client, a regional CPA/Advisory firm, is seeking to add an Assurance & Risk Advisory Senior to their growing team. The firm offers a great work environment with an excellent path for career growth, advancement, and the opportunity to make an impact on the firm, client, and community.This is a hybrid role local to SE Michigan.RESPONSIBILITIESWorking with multi-disciplinary teams to provide innovative risk solutions to clients in a variety of industriesCollaborating with client personnel and other professionals to design new business processes, internal controls, project plans, working papers, and make improvement recommendationsPerforming internal control assessments of managementInterviewing clients, examining evidence documentation, analyzing and performing substantive testing of financial dataBuilding relationships both internally and externallyContributing to the success of our clients organizationsDeveloping staff associates and internsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE3-5 years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry.CPA certification or progress towards the CPA exam.SOX experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines.Outstanding client service and communication skills.Enthusiasm for helping others be successful.If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to amatles@venteon.com.We treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
