Position DescriptionYou will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) in the Test and Evaluation Data Division, Data Management Branch of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.Position Duties/ResponsibilitiesYou will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates.You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings, along with giving advice/counsel to employees on both work and administrative matters.You will ensure sound fiscal management by observing and applying position management and classification principles, as well as forecasting budgets and providing information to higher level management on staffing, facility space, and equipment needs.You will support test programs in developing and executing data management plans to ensure efficient and effective test and evaluation execution.You will provide support for implementing data management strategies and procedures through test planning, execution, and reporting.Minimum Salary121785Maximum Salary187093
