What You’ll DoMaintain and audit safety data across internal systemsAnalyze incident trends and support root cause trackingMonitor training and certification compliance across regionsAssist in data collection and analysis to support the creation of dashboards and reports for safety KPIsPrepare monthly and quarterly summary reportsSupport site audits and maintain documentationProvide reporting support during inspections or auditsCoordinate data collection with field and office personnelEnsure accuracy of safety recordkeepingAssist with continuous improvement of reporting toolsWhat You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance supportProficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platformsAbility to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locationsOccasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehiclesThe wage range for Safety Analyst is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00.Why work with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
