Apply now!Company Profile:Public transportation systemsBenefits Coordinator Role:The Benefits Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day benefits operations across a distributed workforce. This Benefits Coordinator position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in benefits administration who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.Provide daily support for employee benefits programs, including Health & Welfare and Retirement plansRespond to employee inquiries related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, and coverageAssist with administration and coordination of benefits processes across multiple locationsUtilize Excel to manage, track, and analyze benefits data (including pivot tables and lookups)Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within benefits systemsSupport ongoing benefits-related projects and process improvementsPartner with internal teams to ensure timely and effective benefits supportBenefits Coordinator Background Profile:3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of Health & Welfare and Retirement plans (401k/403b)Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote settingStrong communication and organizational skillsFeatures and Benefits while On Contract:We go beyond the basic staffing agency offerings!
