This role focuses on creating metrics, reports, and actionable insights to support decision-making across diverse areas such as customer and product profitability, business opportunity pipeline, sales tracking, liquidity trends, and compliance risk management.In This Role, You WillAct as a top subject matter expert to lead data strategies and analytical initiatives with enterprise impact, high risk, and significant scope, cost, and benefitsLead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant enterprise-wide challenges delivering highly complex analytical solutions that are long term, large scale, and broad reachingProvide vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolutionProvide leadership and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operationsEnsure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managedStrategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership teamRepresent the company externally in industry networking and technical eventsRequired Qualifications10+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired QualificationsProven track record of leading large-scale analytics transformation initiatives within a complex, matrixed organizationExperience with AI to generate reports, analyze data trends or summarize business insightsStrong experience in executive-level stakeholder engagement, including presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadershipDemonstrated ability to translate business strategy into data-driven solutions, with measurable impact on performance and planningFamiliarity with agile methodologies and experience driving iterative improvements in analytics deliveryStrong business acumen with the ability to align analytics initiatives to enterprise goals and financial outcomesExpertise in advanced analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS)Strong knowledge of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ability to create interactive dashboards to track key metricsProven ability to perform deep-dive analysis using SQL, SAS, Excel, and data mining techniques to answer strategic business questionsExperience developing KPI reporting frameworks and delivering actionable insights to support enterprise decision-makingAbility to build business cases and size the financial impact of strategic initiativesExceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholdersExperience in financial services, risk management, or compliance analyticsDemonstrated success influencing senior leadership and driving enterprise-wide initiativesJob ExpectationsPosition offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipRelocation assistance is not available for this positionPosting Location:150 E 42nd Street New York, New York 10017NY- New York Pay Range: $191,000 - $305,000 AnnuallyPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
