ServiceNow Engagement Lead
DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Lead for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our clients in Columbus, Ohio.*This role is on-siteJob Description: You will support the ongoing operation, stability, and enhancement of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environment. This role plays a key part in a mission-driven team delivering digital modernization efforts within a regulated sector.This leadership role is responsible for guiding enterprise ServiceNow initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical delivery within a secure, compliance-driven environment.Primary Responsibilities:Program Leadership: Direct full lifecycle delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, overseeing scope, timelines, financials, and governance across multiple concurrent workstreams.Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, facilitating governance meetings, providing status reporting, and aligning expectations.Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all solutions and delivery practices meet required security standards and operate within a regulated framework.Delivery Methodology Execution: Drive Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and tracking of risks, issues, and dependencies.Team Coordination: Lead collaboration across analysts, developers, and architects to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.Quality & Adoption: Oversee testing cycles and change management activities to ensure successful deployment and user adoption of platform capabilities.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in IT consulting or professional services, including 5+ years leading ServiceNow implementationsDeep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities across multiple modulesBachelor’s degree in a related fieldMust be a US Citizen or Green Card holderPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting public sector or highly regulated environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise transformation initiativesCertifications (Preferred):ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management credentialsCertified Scrum Master (CSM)ITIL v4Critical Success Factors:Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbus, OhioStrong communication and leadership skillsHands-on approach to resolving delivery challenges and mentoring teamsThis opportunity is available on a corp to corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
