Join us at flyExclusive and take your career to new heights!Summary and ObjectiveThe Scheduling Manager is responsible for facilitating a delivery plan across the fleet while taking ownership of all components impacting productivity. The Scheduling Manager will regularly determine the best approach to resolving issues in collaboration with cross functional team members. The ideal Scheduling Manager will be a highly energetic motivator with excellent communication skills, who is highly organized and adept at multi-tasking. They will take pride in their problem-solving ability and capacity to positively influence business.Essential functionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.MaintenanceElevated level of focus on aircraft availability / up timeCoordination with MX planning team for optimal scheduling of inspectionsMetering of planned down time, smoothing the curveCoordinate planned downtime with the demand cycleTriage and facilitate optimal response to AOGs best course of action (COA) recommendationConsolidation of planned with unplanned eventsPreventative maintenance best ROIBest use of resources (MSU, etc)TLC and appearance tracking and facilitationEnsure FC and crews are able to access accurate future MX projectionsCrewingHigh level of focus on crew availability and staffing of green aircraft.
