This position is for individuals who are passionate about student development, safety, and community building in a residential educational setting.Essential Functions 20% - Supervision Monitor and supervise students in the residence halls to ensure compliance with institute rules, schedules, and behavioral expectations. 20% - Room Checks & Cleanliness Conduct regular room and hallway checks to ensure student rooms and shared spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained. 20% - Student Accountability Enforce curfew and behavioral policies; document and report any violations or concerns to institute leadership. 20% - Communication Act as a liaison between the institute and parents/guardians, providing updates or addressing concerns regarding student welfare or dorm-related issues. 20% - Logistics Support Distribute student mail and packages, assist with organizing mealtimes, and coordinate student movements to and from dorm-related activities.
