This role focuses on developing new business opportunities within high growth categories across media, sponsorship, and promotional platforms while cultivating strong relationships with brands and agencies. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentProspect, qualify, and secure new corporate partnersDevelop tailored, insight-driven partnership proposalsGenerate revenue through multi-platform sales (television, radio, digital, social, in-game, experiential)Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with brand and key agency decision-makersConduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand brand goals and objectivesRecommend tailored solutions that drive growthLead presentations, negotiations, and contract executionPartner with activation/account management teams to ensure successful program deliveryProvide ongoing support and strategic consultation to ensure long-term successStrategic Sales ExecutionAlign sales efforts with individual and departmental revenue goalsIdentify category targets and growth opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, analytics, and content teams to create compelling sales narrativesSponsorship & Media Asset Sales Sell across team-controlled assets including:Sponsorship entitlementsSignage and brandingDigital and social mediaBroadcast integrationsHospitality and experiential programsRevenue & Pipeline ManagementMeet or exceed individual sales targetsMaintain accurate CRM reporting and forecastsTrack performance metrics and pipeline healthQualifications & ExperienceRequiredMinimum 5 years of successful sales experienceProven track record of revenue generation and goal achievement in television and radio sales, sports sponsorship sales, or related fieldDemonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex dealsCore CompetenciesStrong presentation and storytelling skillsExcellent negotiation and closing abilitiesStrategic, consultative sales approachAbility to build relationships with senior-level executivesSelf-motivated, competitive, and results-orientedPreferredExperience selling integrated partnershipsKnowledge of sports marketing and brand strategyFamiliarity with CRM platforms and sales analyticsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Annual revenue attainmentNew business acquisitionIncremental revenue growthPipeline development and conversion ratesClient satisfaction and retentionCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + commissionPerformance-based incentivesHealth, dental, vision benefits401(k) planGenerous Vacation, Sick and Paid Time Off policy
