Inside Sales & Order Confirmation Specialist
Granite Plus is a growing countertop fabrication company seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales & Order Confirmation Specialist to join our team. This role supports our sales operation by handling inbound sales, preparing quotes, and confirming orders with customers prior to fabrication and installation.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with homeowners, builders, and remodeling professionals to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and showroom inquiries
Prepare and follow up on quotes in a timely manner
Confirm all job details with customers prior to fabrication, including: Material selection and color, Edge profiles and finishes, Sink cutouts, faucet holes, and accessories, Pricing, deposits, and timelines
Review drawings, measurements, and work orders for accuracy
Communicate changes or discrepancies to sales, templating, and production teams
Maintain accurate job notes and documentation in CRM/ERP system
Provide professional customer service throughout the sales and confirmation process
Qualifications
1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or construction-related experience
Countertop, cabinetry, flooring, or remodeling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional phone and email communication
Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, quoting, or ERP systems a plus)
