Payroll & Benefits SpecialistLocation: Lafayette, LAJob Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll processing and administer employee benefits for our growing organization. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting benefits enrollment and employee questions.ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and on scheduleMaintain payroll records, deductions, and tax complianceRespond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepanciesAdminister employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plansManage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminationsAssist with annual open enrollmentMaintain benefits records and ensure accurate payroll deductionsCoordinate with benefits providers and assist employees with benefit questionsQualifications3+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience preferredKnowledge of payroll regulations and benefits administrationExperience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, or similar) preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationWe offer a competitive salary and a professional, supportive work environment.Location: Lafayette, LA
