SunPins | Charlottesville, VA SunPins is looking for an experienced Bartender / Server who thrives in a team-first environment and enjoys a restaurant and bar experience that breaks the traditional mold. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident behind the bar, but also enjoys staying engaged with guests on the floor. Our service model blends bar and table service in a dynamic way, perfect for bartenders who like variety, movement, and serving guests in multiple ways. We are looking for 15-35 hours per week. Hourly pay averages $25-50/hour including tips. What We're Looking For: Previous bartending experience is required Strong teamwork mindset — we operate as one unit Comfortable moving between behind-the-bar and on-the-floor service Adaptable, quick-thinking, and open to learning a unique service flow Friendly, guest-focused, and able to read the room Weekend availability strongly preferred What Makes This Role Different: SunPins isn’t a standard bar or restaurant.
