This role involves providing critical support at Tysons Corner and Dulles, VA location. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.What You'll Be OwningSupport Management: Respond to and manage incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support for hardware and network issues, ranging from basic to advanced levels.Documentation: Document solutions and update knowledge base articles to enhance support resources.Entra ID Management: Manage account, permission, and security settings.Enterprise Applications: Manage and support enterprise applications and systemsDevice Management: Oversee Intune device management, including configuration and deployment of laptops and peripherals for new hires.Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and brief reviews with new hiresWhat You Must HaveClearable US Citizenship RequiredMust be willing to work onsite, position will be onsite at our corporate headquarters in Dulles, VA & Tysons, VA. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networking and software applications.Service Desk Experience: Experience working on IT service desks and with IT ticketing systems.OS Support: Knowledge of supporting Windows and macOS issues both hardware and software levelsAt least 1-2 years of experience in service desk, helpdesk or IT support experienceWhat Would Be Nice To HaveMicrosoft 365/Entra: Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft EntraMobile Device Management: Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutionsApplicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), CompTIA A+, Security+ etc.Demonstrable experience in successfully supporting Microsoft 365 productsDemonstrable experience in successfully administering SharePoint sitesSolid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system securityWhy Choose GRVTYThe toughest national security challenges demand vision and ingenuity, not just resources.
