Role Description We are seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new client leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience with client management and delivering tailored solutionsAbility to analyze client needs and provide innovative solutionsProven experience in the construction, elevator, or related industries is an advantageProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics toolsSelf-motivation, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to tasksBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferredKnowledge of the local market in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area is beneficial
