Endoscopy Technician- 40/hrs, Day Shifts (Temple Health Fox Chase Cancer Center)

The Endoscopy Technician, under the guidance of the registered nurse, is responsible for the care and safety of patients under his/her care. The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for case preparation, assisting with patient preparation, proper handling of instruments supplies and equipment, preparation of the room based upon the specific procedure and physician's preference, and anticipating the physician's needs. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Other Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology Preferred Experience 1 year experience in a procedural or operating room Preferred Licenses Basic Life Support Required Schedule: This position is full time endoscopy technician 10 hours 7:30am to 6:00pm, 40 hours per week.
