We're on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of patients living with sleep disorders by simplifying the complex process from diagnosis to treatment.The Fulfillment Specialist – HST is responsible for setting up home sleep study equipment and CPAP equipment and accurately shipping to patients as well as cleaning, preparing, inventorying, and stocking HST and PAP equipment. The expectation of this position is to provide a first-class patient experience, with every patient interaction.This position is fully onsite.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESSets up equipment based on sales order requirementsInitializes home sleep study equipmentPrepares HST or PAP equipment for shippingResponsible for troubleshooting issues with shipping including filing claims with shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedExCleans and disinfects HST and PAP equipment per company infection control proceduresCreates new or updated sales orders as necessaryStocks equipment and perform inventory counts to ensure all equipment is accounted for and trackedCommunicates and educates patients on medical equipment and sleep disordersCommunicates with patients, physicians and other health care staff regarding diagnosis and treatment plansContacts patients by telephone to collect outstanding pending equipmentWorks competently in Brightree to access and retrieve patients, insurance, and billing information as neededSupports the Clinical department and warehouse with inventory control, cleaning and administrative duties as neededOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDetail oriented, good people skills and the ability to follow-upAbility to deal pleasantly and patiently with patients, employees and vendorsMust be able to speak and read English fluently; bilingual (Spanish) a strong plus, but not requiredMust be able to work weekends and overtime as scheduledEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh school graduate or possess G.E.D.Highly preferred 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving or inventory controlHighly preferred prior experience in medical equipment and handlingMS Office computer skills requiredMedical, Dental, Vision, Sick, Holiday & Vacation time off$20.00 - $24.00 / hour DOEBetterNight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
