This position is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, optimizing capacity utilization, and ensuring efficient workflow across manufacturing operations.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing (AM) and have a deep understanding of capacity planning, scheduling logic, and system-driven planning processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and continuously optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitmentsUtilize NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing (AM) to plan, release, and monitor work ordersPerform capacity planning and load balancing across work centers to maximize efficiencyAnalyze production constraints and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delaysCollaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teamsMonitor production performance and adjust plans based on real-time conditions and prioritiesDrive improvements in planning processes, system utilization, and data accuracySupport implementation and refinement of standard planning parameters and best practicesEnsure alignment between demand, inventory levels, and production outputQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience with NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing (AM)Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong experience in production planning, scheduling, and capacity planningDemonstrated expertise in Advanced Manufacturing (AM) systems and processesProven ability to optimize workflows, resources, and production efficiencyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and planning capabilitiesEffective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
