The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and utilizing analytics tools to support asset-intensive life and annuity transactions, as well as risk transfer solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of pricing, product development, and statutory reinsurance accounting concepts, with a preference for candidates holding an FSA designation. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' experience in life and annuity actuarial roles, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel. Experience with capital methodologies and knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS is a plus.As a key member of the Life Solutions Group, the role involves analyzing and designing reinsurance and risk transfer solutions, developing pricing and evaluation models, and staying abreast of industry developments. The candidate will also be involved in researching and presenting results to clients, as well as collaborating with team members to deliver innovative solutions.
