The Crew Leader will supervise store staff and its operations when the Retail Store Manager is not present. The Crew Leader is expected to be professional while upholding the Goodwill values of -Empowerment, Public Trust, Respect, Innovation, Quality, and Safety.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESResponsible for helping customers by providing information, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, completing payment transactions, preparing merchandise for delivery, and processing customer inquiries, and complaints in a courteous mannerAttract customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor while maintaining production levels as assigned by the supervisor to achieve store goalsMaintain acceptable attendance, personal hygiene, and dress code standards including wearing company-issued name badges.
