We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is friendly, energetic, professional and dependable with good customer service to join our office in Woodinville. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and you will hold a very special role. The duties include answering incoming calls, emails to assist new clients, scheduling outbound estimates, and coordination with outside sales with their daily routes. As the first point of contact you'll provide excellent customer support to our existing customers who need to reschedule or any other issues that arise on the job. We are open to hearing new systems and implementing them as you grow with us! As we mentioned this will be a role that you can start with and as you prove yourselves you'll be able to create your own role within High Point Gutter as we expand.
