Litigation Paralegal

We represent an AmLaw 100 firm that is looking to add a litigation paralegal to its commercial litigation arm. This role will help mainly with accounting defense litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation. Candidates should have more than four years of experience, ideally at a large or mid sized law firm, although for stellar candidates there may be an exception. Candidates should be overly familiar with the following:Assisting with brief preparation, including blue booking Preparing case workbooks, along with witness binders for depositions and trialsHandle court filings and docket trackingResearch through Westlaw and/or Lexis Candidates must have proven ability to work independently, thoughtfully, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Paralegal Certificate preferred.
