We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field sales team and drive market growth across California.This role is ideal for a strong outside sales professional with leadership experience who leads from the front, coaches effectively, and drives performance within a defined territory.This position combines hands-on market presence with leadership, accountability, and a strong focus on execution. You will work closely with construction and design professionals while driving territory performance, field activity, and overall sales momentum.Your RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Los Angeles territory while leading a team of Field Sales Representatives across California. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance personal sales contribution with coaching and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives to exceed sales targetsDrive team initiatives including training, onboarding, contests, and trade show participationCoach and support field execution while maintaining accountability for resultsBuild and strengthen relationships with construction and design professionalsRecruit, hire, and onboard top-performing sales talentAdapt to feedback, shifting priorities, and a growth-stage environmentTravel locally up to 50% within the territoryQualifications2-5+ years of outside (field) sales experience requiredPrior field sales leadership experience requiredStrong background in territory-based, in-person salesExcellent communication, judgment, and coaching abilityCoachable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environmentHighly organized with strong accountability and follow-throughProven success in outside sales and account managementCompensation & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 employmentBase Salary: $110,000-$140,000 annuallyOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000-$200,000 based on performanceWhy This OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a growing organization serving construction and design professionals through technology, strong customer support, and modern business tools.
