Role Description The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery for various construction and landscaping tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting excavation, site preparation, and equipment handling under rigorous safety standards. This is a full-time on-site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, where operators will collaborate with teams to complete projects efficiently and effectively within set timelines. Qualifications Experience with Equipment Operation and Heavy Equipment handlingSkills in Equipment Maintenance and understanding of safety protocolsKnowledge of Excavation techniques and ability to operate in varied terrainsUnderstanding and experience with identifying and managing Used EquipmentStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environmentsPhysical fitness and ability to meet the demands of operating heavy machineryPrior experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields is advantageousValid driver’s license and clean driving record
