Advance mental healthcare.Shift details: Full-Time Position Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with one weekend day a month.Essential Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: Clinicians provide treatment to adults, adolescents, childrenProvide timely psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan updates, and discharge planning services to patientsDemonstrate strong group therapy skills and experience with DBT/CBT, psycho-education, and trauma informed careEffectively and routinely communicate with family members and collateral agencies about the patients' progress in treatment, discharge planning, and progressCoordinate multi-system meetings for our patients with schools, DMH, DCF, DDS, and outpatient servicesIdentify appropriate disposition for our patients and coordinate aftercare arrangements in a timely fashionSet up aftercare appointments within 7 days of discharge with outpatient providers and refer to lower levels of care including, but not limited to, CCS, CSS, CBHI Services, DMH, DDS, ABA, EATS, ICBAT/CBAT, IRTP, State hospitalParticipate in daily team meetings and report on the progress of discharge planning for each patient and caseloadWork in a past paced environmentProvide exceptional customer service to our patients and their familiesThe Clinician is a member of the multidisciplinary team who provides direct assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment intervention and psycho-education to patients and their family membersRequirementsMaster's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldLicense requirement: LMHC, LCSW, or LICSWMinimum of two years of relevant experience in behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or partial hospitalization settingWorking knowledge of available community resources and the mental health and substance system as a wholeStrong experience with group therapy, crisis intervention, treatment, and discharge planningMust be organized, efficient, have time management skills, and flexibility while working in a fast-paced environmentLegible and timely documentation of all clinical encounters in patients' chartsAbility to work collaboratively with a treatment team with all providers within the hospital Additional Requirements - Must obtain and maintain approved CPR certification and Management of Assaultive Behavior training including restraint and seclusion policies prior to assuming patient care responsibilitySalary: $68,640 - $114,400BenefitsMedical InsuranceDental and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account401KEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramPaid Time OffPet InsuranceTuition ReimbursementAD&D and Life
