Job Description Site Superintendent – Water & Wastewater ConstructionSouthwood Building Systems, Inc.Southwood Building Systems, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with a strong background in water and wastewater construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant field management experience and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site supervision and leadership throughout all phases of constructionManage and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completionReview and interpret subcontracts, purchase orders, and submittalsCoordinate work with other trades and disciplines on siteEnforce strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulationsEnsure quality control standards are met and construction complies with all plans and specificationsIdentify and resolve conflicts or issues that arise during constructionQualifications:Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in water and wastewater constructionStrong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and professional integrityJoin a team committed to building quality projects with excellence and integrity.
