We're always looking for great teammates who share our passion for doing meaningful work that makes a real difference.We are seeking a unique and experienced UKG Pro Integrations Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between UKG Pro WFM and various enterprise systems. This role ensures seamless data flow, enhances automation, and optimizes workforce management processes. The specialist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align integration solutions with business objectives.What You Will DoIntegration Development & SupportDesign, build, and deploy integrations between UKG Pro WFM and third-party HR, payroll, and financial systemsDevelop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time and batch data synchronizationEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all integrationsSystem Optimization & ConfigurationAnalyze business requirements to configure UKG WFM for scheduling, forecasting, accruals, and labor standardsTroubleshoot integration errors and recommend best practices for data flow and system communicationImplement role-based access and security measures to safeguard employee informationCollaboration & Project ManagementWork closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionalityLead projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementationsProvide documentation and training for end-users on integration functionalitiesPerformance Monitoring & ComplianceConduct data integrity audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policiesMonitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflowsStay updated on UKG Pro updates and recommend enhancements for system efficiencyYour Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesBachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HRIS integration, preferably with UKG Pro WFM or similar platforms.Proficiency in API development, XML, JSON, and middleware tools (Boomi, Workato, or similar).Experience with SQL queries and data mapping for workforce management solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.What Would Make You An Outstanding CandidateUKG Pro certification or experience in UKG WFM optimizationExperience in workforce analytics and business intelligence reportingUnderstanding of compliance regulations related to payroll, labor laws, and workforce managementWhy join the Improv team?
