It’s a role where skilled electricians can build a solid, long-term career in a critical, high-demand industry.Pay Range$94,536.00 – $103,542.40 annuallyShift12-hour Continental Shift (South Plant) – PM / OvernightRotating schedule including weekendsTypically follows a 2-2-3 pattern (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)12-hour evening/overnight shifts2 shifts availableKey ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and eliminate equipment breakdownsInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and componentsInstall wiring, conduit, and connect power supply to equipmentDiagnose and repair transformers, motors, relays, switches, and sensorsWork with instrumentation, packaging, and process control systemsTroubleshoot PLC systems and replace I/O cardsPerform preventative maintenance (PM) and manage work orders (CMMS/EAM)Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documentationSupport production changeovers and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain compliance with safety programs (Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, Confined Space)Train production staff on electrical safety and maintenance practicesSource parts and prepare materials for repairs and maintenanceProvide technical support and assist with problem-solving initiativesTechnical QualificationsStrong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards (including Arc Flash)Experience using electrical testing equipment for troubleshootingMinimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experienceExperience in food manufacturing or bakery environments preferredFamiliarity with instrumentation, process control, and packaging systemsEducation & ExperienceTechnical or vocational training preferredLicensed Electrician (Master Electrician preferred)Valid driver’s license required3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentCore CompetenciesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsProactive problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyWorking ConditionsExposure to moving machinery, noise, temperature extremes, and confined spacesIndoor and outdoor industrial work environmentsTemperature-controlled areas ranging from -10°F to 85°FUse of PPE including steel-toe safety shoes requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to work 12-hour shiftsLift 50+ lbs regularlyStand, climb, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsSchedule & TravelFull-time rotating continental shiftWeekend and schedule flexibility requiredOccasional travel between facilities and for trainingBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planLife and disability insuranceEmployee assistance programSupplemental coverage (accident, critical illness, etc.)Employee discounts and additional perksEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
