Thisposition provides operational support to our risk management team.In this role, youwill...Gain knowledge of risk management systems and policy types.Enter risk management education completions and premium credits in the policy management system.Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.Provide operational support to Risk Consultants, including live education programs and onsite risk assessments.Assist with quality assurance review of risk management education materials and resources.Assist with operational team projects, development of standard operating procedures, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.Assist with various other duties and project work as assigned.We are looking forcandidates with...Minimum of one year of college in business or related field with at least one year remaining.Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required.Prior customer service experience preferred.Organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.Willingness and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.WhyMedPro?MedProGroup's mission is built on a century-old legacy of protecting those whoprotect others.
