Job Summary COB Solutions is a rapidly growing healthcare services company supporting providers across the New York metropolitan area and beyond. We deliver a full suite of solutions, including: Billing and revenue cycle management Credentialing and compliance support Staffing and recruiting services EMR and healthcare technology platforms Back-office and administrative services for outpatient providers, physician groups, hospitals, and IPAs/MSOs We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and help position COB Solutions as a premier healthcare solutions partner. Responsibilities Drive client acquisition across outpatient practices, hospitals, physician groups, and IPAs/MSOs. Promote the full range of COB Solutions’ services, from billing and credentialing to staffing, recruiting, and EMR technology. Build and manage relationships with key healthcare stakeholders including providers, insurers, hospital executives, and network administrators. Identify new opportunities and negotiate contracts that expand COB’s footprint. Represent COB Solutions at conferences, associations, and industry networking events. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Meet or exceed business development targets with measurable results in revenue growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of business development or sales experience in healthcare services. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and provider networks. Established connections with hospitals, insurers, physician groups, IPAs/MSOs, or outpatient practices. Proven track record of closing deals and generating measurable revenue. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation. Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and close deals. Oversee project management initiatives related to new business ventures and partnerships. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on business development strategies and outcomes. Requirements Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective customer relationship management. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships. Solid project management abilities, ensuring timely execution of business initiatives. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. A background in marketing is a plus, enhancing the ability to align business development efforts with promotional strategies.
