Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Federal Programs Director based in Baker, LA. The Federal Programs Director will oversee the management and implementation of federally funded programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with district goals. Responsibilities include developing budgets, writing and submitting funding proposals, monitoring program effectiveness, and coordinating training initiatives. Collaboration with staff, community partners, and federal agencies will be an integral part of the role. Qualifications Experience in Federal Programs and Program Management, with a strong understanding of compliance and reporting requirements.Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage program funds and ensure their effective use.Skills in Proposal Writing to secure and sustain funding through detailed and persuasive grant applications.Ability to plan and conduct Training sessions for staff to ensure the proper implementation of federal program guidelines.Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field preferred, with relevant certifications being an advantage.Demonstrated understanding of educational policies and federal funding processes.
