This role involves recruiting, developing, and managing international partners, while fostering strong collaboration with the direct sales team.As a key change agent at Cloudera, you will work with autonomy and flexibility to build and maintain global partner programs. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, and have a proven track record in managing international teams, partners, and customers. In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer.As a Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships you will:Develop and execute global business development strategies in collaboration with Cloudera’s executive team.Identify, recruit, and nurture key global, national, and regional partners.Lead the structuring, negotiation, and closing of strategic partnerships to exceed revenue and partner recruitment goals.Expand and enhance existing partnerships with go-to-market strategies.Mentor a global business development team to achieve collective objectives.Oversee partner enablement and training programs to ensure competitive positioning.Track and manage pipeline, focusing on deals that drive user acquisition and revenue.Collaborate with Partner Marketing to create impactful sales collateral and demand generation programs.Represent Cloudera’s value proposition to partner executives and teams.We’re excited about you if you have:15+ years of senior business development experience in the software / cloud infrastructure industry.Proven success in leading global business development and channel functions.Strong experience in building strategic programs with partners, channels, and integrators.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on long-term relationship building.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver immediate impact.Expertise in data-driven strategy and financial modeling.Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.Proven ability to drive revenue growth in complex environments.Understanding of the software landscape, including Cloud, Open Source, and Data Science, highly desirable.What you can expect from us:Generous PTO Policy Support work life balance with Unplugged DaysFlexible WFH Policy Mental & Physical Wellness programs Phone and Internet Reimbursement program Access to Continued Career Development Comprehensive Benefits and Competitive Packages Paid Volunteer TimeEmployee Resource GroupsCloudera is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
