Cheerleading Coach

Gametime sports is looking for a Cheer coach for the after school program at our partner schools. The position open is open from 2pm to 5:00 pm. Our ideal candidate must be - Incredible with children. Able to connect with kids of all backgrounds and - Have a cheer background. Able to actively teach young students basic techniques. - Outgoing personality. This job is not for quiet or shy people. You love to chat and actively engage with everyone at work. About GameTime: At GameTime, we’re committed to providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children grades K-8 after school. Our program focuses on physical activities and team sports, helping young participants develop essential social and athletic skills. We have Monday - Friday working opportunities. Typical Working Hours : 2pm - 5pm Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate sports activities and games, ensuring a variety of engaging and skill-appropriate options for all participants. Lead and supervise sports activities such as soccer, volleyball, and cheerleading. Develop and implement fun, safe, and age-appropriate sports curricula. Provide guidance and mentorship, fostering both physical and social development in a supportive, positive environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, adhering to program policies and maintaining open communication with parents and staff. Create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate. Prepare and maintain equipment and materials needed for each session. Qualifications: A passion for working with children and a background in sports or education. Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting. Background in sports coaching or physical education is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and follow a structured program schedule.
