The assistant manager supports the store manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.Minimum age requirement: 18. Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
