Our mission is to carve out a space for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, encouraging them to envision a life without limitations and then guiding them toward turning that vision into a reality.Inclusive Environment: Join an organization that values diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work.Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy competitive compensation starting at $19.00 - $23.00/hour, along with a generous benefits package.If our values align with yours, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you!Our Supported Employment Program:This is a program that helps individuals find a job and develop the skills needed to be successful in that job.A job coach will provide support and training to help individuals learn how to complete job tasks and understand the company's policies and procedures.As the Program Coordinator, Employment Services, you will be responsible for:Scheduling & CoordinationCoordinate weekly schedules for job coaches and participants.Communicate with staff and participants to confirm and adjust schedules.Monitor authorized hours to ensure services stay within approved limits.Update and maintain scheduling systems and tracking spreadsheets.Systems & TimekeepingInput and maintain assignments in electronic verification system.Monitor timesheets for accuracy (missed punches, meal breaks, scheduling alignment) and report out to supervisor if changes are necessary.Follow up with staff to resolve discrepancies.Documentation & Data ManagementMaintain participant files, authorizations, and recurring program documents.Support drafting of IHSP reports.Conduct spot checks of activity notes for completion and signatures.Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.Billing & Reporting SupportMaintain monthly billing spreadsheets and ensure accuracyCross-check schedules, documentation, and service dataIdentify and correct discrepancies in a timely mannerSupport onboarding and training of Job CoachesProgram & Staff SupportServe as a point of contact for job coaches and assist with daily needsSupport communication with participants and families via phone and emailMay provide job coaching coverage or support job development as neededSchedule:Full-timeM-F, 9:00a - 5:00pWork Location:Sylmar, CAOccasional travelCompensation:Starting at $19.00- $23.00/hour (dependent upon prior experience and qualifications).Full-Time Benefits:Paid Sick Time (56 hours)90% coverage for Medical and 100% coverage for Dental and Vision insurance100% Employer Paid Life Insurance for up to 2X the annual salary with Reliance StandardPaid vacation starting at 2 weeks per year12 paid holidays per year403(b) Retirement Savings PlanMileage Reimbursement and Paid Travel TimeEmployee Assistance ProgramOpportunity for Career Advancement Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.1-2 years of administrative or program support experience preferred.Experience in human services or employment services preferred.Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.Authorized to work in the United States.Clear criminal background check.Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.Reliable mode of transportation.Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, clear communication with staff, participants, and familiesHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong accuracy and ability to identify and correct errorsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistentlyReliable, responsible, and team-oriented
