We help women and all active adults move confidently without pain, leakage, limitation, or fear.As a cash-based practice, we provide full 55–60 minute treatment sessions focused on meaningful outcomes, patient education, and long-term transformation — not rushed visits or volume-based care.We are passionate about:Whole-person careDeep listening and patient connectionEvidence-based treatmentMovement and empowermentCommunity educationCreating a positive and supportive clinic cultureIf you are passionate about orthopedic and pelvic health — or eager to grow into these specialties with mentorship and support — we would love to meet you.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, compassionate, growth-oriented provider to join our team full-time.This role is ideal for someone who:Loves building relationships with patientsValues quality over quantityWants mentorship and professional growthEnjoys autonomy and creativity in treatment planningThrives in a collaborative, positive environmentIs excited to help grow awareness around pelvic health and injury prevention within the communityProviders with pelvic health experience are encouraged to apply, but we are also open to mentoring the right person who is eager to learn.What You’ll DoTreat approximately 4-7 patients per day in one-on-one 55–60 minute sessionsGuide patients through individualized plans of care designed for long-term successTreat a diverse orthopedic and pelvic health population (all genders, ages 14–70+)Collaborate with other providers to optimize patient outcomesEducate and empower patients throughout their care journeyHelp patients connect with their “deeper why” to improve consistency and engagementConfidently discuss treatment recommendations and care plansThink critically and adapt creatively in treatment approachesContribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic cultureParticipate in community outreach and education opportunitiesAssist with educational and social media content creation to increase awareness around pelvic health and wellnessQualificationsRequiredLicensed Physical Therapist (DPT/PTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsPassion for helping people and building meaningful patient relationshipsPositive attitude and growth mindsetAbility to work independently while collaborating within a teamPreferredHerman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 (or equivalent)Experience treating pelvic health conditionsUnderstanding of or openness to learning cash-based careInterest in women’s health, orthopedics, and movement-based rehabilitationComfortable appearing in or contributing to social media/educational contentTraining and mentorship support are available for the right candidate.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience $40-45/hour$1, 500 annual continuing education allowance401(k) with employer matching after 1 year employmentPaid time offMaternity leaveFlexible scheduling30-60 min wellness/lunch breakStructured mentorship and onboarding supportMentorship Includes:Co-treating opportunitiesChart reviews and case discussionsClinical reasoning mentorshipPelvic health education supportCommunication and patient experience coachingBiweekly or monthly team collaboration meetingsAccess to exercise and patient education resourcesSchedulePart-time: 20-25 hours per weekMonday–Friday, weekends optional depending on your preferenceIn-person position located in Wickenburg, Arizona at 130 E.
