This role serves as a bridge between engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver seamless integrations and resolve technical challenges throughout the partner lifecycle.The position combines strong software engineering skills with customer empathy, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to improve partner experiences and business outcomes.Responsibilities• Develop deep technical expertise in the organization’s products to maximize customer and partner impact• Translate complex business and partner requirements into scalable technical solutions• Manage the full technical lifecycle of partner integrations from onboarding through ongoing maintenance• Improve internal tools and products based on customer and partner feedback• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement automation to prevent recurring problems• Collaborate across engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver consistent integration experiences• Promote engineering quality through thoughtful design, testing, documentation, and code reviews• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, tools, and technical workflowsRequirements• Minimum of 5 years of relevant software engineering experience; adtech experience is a plus• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large-scale datasets• Demonstrated customer empathy and strong technical problem-solving abilities• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative working style• Curiosity and enthusiasm for solving complex technical and business challengesPay Range and Compensation Package• Base salary range of $141,000 to $205,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and other relevant factors• Compensation includes equity participation• Health, vision, and dental benefits aligned with the candidate’s country of residenceBenefits & Perks• Flexible work options• Health insurance• Vision insurance• Dental insurance• Equity participation• Opportunities for personal and professional growthEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
