Travel Plaza CashierOnvo is seeking a friendly and efficient Travel Plaza Cashier to process customer transactions accurately and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:Accurately process all cash, credit, and debit card transactions for fuel, merchandise, and food purchases.Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the register area and surrounding shelves.Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist them in locating products.Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and assist with inventory as needed.Operate lottery machines and process lottery transactions according to company policy.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and age-restricted sales.Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including balancing the cash drawer.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.Job Qualifications:Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.Strong basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Onvo is an equal opportunity employer.
