Assistant Customer Service Manager - Full Time
Join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Customer Service Manager, where you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic group of up to 120 associates in the Customer Service Department, which includes cashiers, baggers, customer service clerks, and the accounting office. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting the Department Manager in the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all customer service activities. Conducting supervisory duties in alignment with company policies and standards. Interviewing, training, and coaching associates to ensure performance meets our high standards. Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues within the team. Performing audits to ensure compliance with Customer Service Store Visit and Loss Prevention Front End Audits. Taking on the roles of customer service clerks, cashiers, baggers, and accounting staff as necessary to support the team. Strong language skills for reading, writing, and verbal communication in English. Computer Skills:Familiarity with HT Internet software, email, inventory management software, spreadsheets, and word processing is essential. Mathematical Skills:The ability to perform simple arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Reasoning Ability:Capable of applying common sense to follow instructions and resolve issues encountered in standard situations. Training Requirements:You will be expected to complete the company's training program, which includes orientation, safety, technical skills, and department manager training. Physical Demands:This role requires regular standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. There may be occasional requirements to lift up to 40 pounds.
