We are looking to hire an Electrical Estimator.Position OverviewThe Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial electrical projects, supporting business development efforts, and working closely with project managers and operations teams.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial projectsPerform take-offs and pricing using AccubidReview drawings, specifications, and bid documentsSolicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricingIdentify risks, value-engineering opportunities, and scope gapsCollaborate with project management and operations teams during bid handoffMaintain organized estimate documentation and historical cost dataRequired QualificationsProven experience as an Electrical Estimator for a commercial electrical contractorStrong proficiency with AccubidDeep understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction methodsAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and addendaStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneouslyCompensation & BenefitsSalary commensurate with experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) retirement planStable, long-term opportunity with a reputable contractor
