Job Description About the RoleENSPIRE Consulting Group is seeking a collaborative and highly engaged Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a provider who values team-based, integrated care and wants to work closely with therapists to deliver comprehensive mental health services.In this position, you will go beyond traditional medication management by partnering with therapists to co-develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring a cohesive and holistic approach to client care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication managementDiagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plansCollaborate with therapists to create and maintain comprehensive, client-centered treatment plansParticipate in ongoing case consultations with therapists to discuss:Client progress and clinical presentationTherapeutic interventions and strategiesMedication effectiveness and adjustmentsProvide psychiatric insight and recommendations to support therapeutic interventionsAlign medication management with therapy goals to ensure integrated care deliveryIncorporate brief therapeutic support and psychoeducation into sessions as appropriateMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationStay current with best practices, research, and continuing education requirementsCoordinate care and provide referrals to community resources when neededQualificationsMaster's degree or higher in NursingActive PMHNP certification and licensure in good standingMinimum 1–2 years of psychiatric clinical experience (3+ years preferred)Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populationsStrong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skillsRequirementsAbility to obtain and maintain CDS and DEA registrationActive Professional Liability InsuranceProficiency with EHR systems and Google WorkspaceCommitment to compassionate, ethical, and client-centered careWork EnvironmentServices provided primarily in-person in Flourtown and PhiladelphiaInitial client visits must be conducted onsiteOpportunities for virtual follow-up sessions, as appropriateSupportive, team-oriented practice with a strong emphasis on collaborative careWhy Join ENSPIRE Consulting Group?Competitive hourly compensationFlexible, per-diem schedulingSupportive and collaborative clinical environmentOpportunity to practice in a truly integrated care modelApply today to join a team committed to delivering high-quality, coordinated mental health care.
