We are seeking one part-time and one full-time fully licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our team as W-2 employees. The ideal candidates have experience and a passion for working with children and adolescents and/or couples and families, and value collaboration, professionalism, and ethical clinical care.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy to children and adolescents and/or couples and familiesConduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventionsMaintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriateAdhere to ethical standards and all applicable New Jersey laws and professional regulationsParticipate in case consultation, supervision, or team meetings as requiredMaintain a consistent weekly availability aligned with client needsUphold the mission, values, and clinical standards of Rise Above LLCQualificationsActive and unrestricted New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licenseMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health fieldExperience providing therapy to children and adolescents and/or couples and familiesStrong knowledge of child development, family systems, and relational dynamicsCompetence in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, play-based interventions, family systems, trauma-informed care)Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environmentStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsProfessional liability insurance (or willingness to obtainEmployment DetailsEmployment Type: Part-time, W-2 employeeSchedule: Flexible; evening availability preferredCompensation: Competitive, based on experience and caseloadLocation: In-person and/or telehealth (New Jersey residents only)Job Type: Part-timePay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 8.0 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Chester, NJ 07930
