ServerA restaurant group in Uptown Dallas is seeking attentive and experienced servers to provide exceptional service to guests. Restaurant experience is a must for this role.Duties and responsibilities (not all-inclusive):Take orders from guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials.Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns.Handle payments and process transactions accurately.Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.High level of attention to detail and professionalism.Restaurant industry experience is required.Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for career advancement.
