Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Floral Manager located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Floral Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including designing floral arrangements, managing inventory, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The individual will also play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and driving sales by showcasing creative floral designs and ensuring a memorable client experience. Qualifications Floral Design and Flower Arrangement skills for creating bespoke and innovative designs tailored to client needsExperience in Inventory Control, including managing supply levels and ensuring availability of materialsStrong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships and drive business growthAttention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsPrevious leadership or managerial experience in the floral or design industry is a plusA passion for creativity and a commitment to providing exceptional service
