Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Location: Hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ
Duration:
12 MonthsWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps, along with hands-on experience in building scalable AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, production-ready models, including generative AI solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
- Implement and optimize algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorchBuild and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop and experiment with generative AI models, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs)
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems in production environments
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform model evaluation, tuning, and continuous improvement
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply best practices
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorchExperience with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, etc.)Proven experience in building and deploying scalable AI systems
- Familiarity with generative AI techniques such as GANs and VAEsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
