Machine Learning Engineer

Job Title:            Machine Learning Engineer Location:            Hybrid role in Phoenix, AZDuration:            12 MonthsWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps, along with hands-on experience in building scalable AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, production-ready models, including generative AI solutions.Job Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applicationsImplement and optimize algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorchBuild and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoringDevelop and experiment with generative AI models, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs)Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems in production environmentsCollaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsPerform model evaluation, tuning, and continuous improvementStay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply best practicesRequired Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fieldStrong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithmsHands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorchExperience with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, etc.)Proven experience in building and deploying scalable AI systemsFamiliarity with generative AI techniques such as GANs and VAEsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
