Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.Track, organize, and control inventory levels of stock items using CMMS softwareEnter, post, distribute, and close work ordersAdjust inventory from stockCreate and update PMs as neededDistribute PM assignments to maintenance techsEnter Completed PMs and work orders in databaseEnter production line breakdown records into databaseCreate purchase requisitions and submit for approvalRecord all expenditures for each departmentManage general usage spare parts that are checked out of inventoryManage parts requests and lead timesManage Receivers when parts are deliveredNegotiate and locate parts with supplierResearch pricingMaintain files Pick-up purchased items from local vendors as necessaryTrack cost of ownership for assetsWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic plan objectivesQualifications: A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent.
