Duties Process payroll accurately using iSolved, a cloud based HCM payroll platform that combines payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration and employee self-service into a single system. Enter and verify employee data including hours worked, benefits deductions, tax information, and wage adjustments through data entry and payroll management systems. Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws by staying updated on tax law changes and labor regulations affecting payroll processing. Manage benefits administration related to payroll including deductions for health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Prepare detailed reports on payroll transactions, tax filings, and labor law compliance for internal audits or external agencies. Handle sensitive confidential information with integrity while ensuring data security across all payroll activities. Skills Experience working with iSolved. Knowledge of federal, state and local tax withholdings affecting payroll processing. Familiarity with garnishments, deductions and employer contributions. Understanding of benefits administration processes within iSolved; experience handling confidential information securely. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in payroll management tasks. Strong communication skills. Basic accounting and math skills. Knowledge of certified payroll is a plus.
