This role is part-time, during store hours from 11AM-6PM. Weekend availability is a must.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of Bandit's Silver Lake retail store in LADeliver exceptional customer experience to our store guests and the running communityMaintain store floor and merchandising according to Bandit brand standards and level of excellenceReceive, organize, and replenish back-of-house inventory and suppliesAssist with drop preparation and product launches to ensure smooth executionAssist with operations support projects, including monthly inventory and organizationServe as a product knowledge expert to educate customers on Bandit products and the brand story, driving engagement and salesSupport in-store community events with Team BanditYOU HAVEExperience in an apparel or specialty store environmentAmazing customer service skillsExcellent critical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and busy environmentDesire to wear many hats and roll up sleeves as needed in startup environmentsA passion and excitement for running is a major plus!About The RoleCompetitive pay ($21-$23/hour), PTO, and employee uniform allocation with Bandit apparel discountsGetting in on the ground floor of an exciting startup, with major opportunities for growthAt Bandit, we're building an incredible culture rooted in our three core values—Trust, Empathy, and Excellence.
